Available Services

  • Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a one-on-one space where you get to talk through what’s on your mind, explore your emotions, and work on personal goals with support. It’s all about having a safe, nonjudgmental place to understand yourself better and figure out what you need to feel and live better. This is for ages 18+.

  • Mental Health Workshops

These are group-style sessions where we dive into topics like stress, boundaries, relationships, and overall well-being. They’re interactive, practical, and designed to give people helpful tools they can use in real life…whether it’s in a workplace setting or for personal development. It’s a space to learn, reflect, and grow together.

  • Referrals

Referrals are a way for me to help connect you with other mental health resources or specialists when you need something outside my scope, completely free of charge. My goal is simply to make sure you get the best possible care, wherever that may be.

  • Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is for counselors and psychologists in training in Guyana. In these sessions, I provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you grow as a professional, strengthen your skills, and navigate challenging cases…all while keeping ethics and best practices at the forefront.

  • Psychological Evaluation & Report

Psychological evaluations are designed to help you better understand your emotional, behavioral, or life challenges in a supportive and comfortable way. The process includes a structured clinical interview, mental health screenings, and a clear conversation about your concerns and goals. After the evaluation, you will receive a written report that summarizes your mental health status and any relevant recommendations.

Reports can be prepared for a variety of needs—including job requirements, travel or immigration purposes, court matters, or welfare and support services. This service is only available in Guyana.
